We are looking for a London-based Demand Generation Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns focused on new merchant acquisition. As a key member of the EMEA marketing team, this person must have a passion for leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns with a results and data-driven mentality.  Additionally, you must have a proven track record of consistently exceeding goals driving leads and revenue growth via account based marketing and paid digital channels. This role will allow you to work across the entire marketing group; including the Digital, Product, Automation, Creative and Content teams.

Our ideal candidate is a driven, forward-thinking marketer who can quickly gain a deep understanding of our buyers’ journey and turn that into delivering the right message to the right buyer at the right time. You’ll also lead our paid digital marketing efforts for key markets in the EMEA territory. As an SME within Paid Search, Display, and Social you will help develop strategies for marketing partners. The candidate must be well versed in complementing digital tactics including SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization, working closely with cross-functional digital stakeholders and teams to create integrated digital strategies for maximum impact and efficiency. The focus is on delivering MRR through the acquisition of new customers and digital conversion activities throughout the full customer lifecycle.

What you’ll do

  • Own the campaign execution plan for new merchant acquisition across key verticals,and segments with the goal of generating demand and meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets
  • Leverage data and insights to inform campaign strategy, content, and tactic mix, and then work cross-functionally to lead the execution of programs 
  • Develop and support regionalized instances of global initiatives by working alongside the global marketing team 
  • Build, monitor, optimize and manage day-to-day campaigns across all platforms and work closely with EMEA teams to deliver performance KPIs likes Leads, MQLs, Stores and MRR
  • Work with teams to create a competitive digital marketing strategy and build an effective marketing funnel enabling repeatable, predictable revenue growth with adherence to best-in-class SaaS LTV:CAC standards.
  • Generate and present digital reports, analysis, performance insights, and recommended action plans across the business with test and learn approach to new initiatives.
  • Analytics: Ability to interpret campaign trends and monitor key performance indicators, With a focus on multi-channel digital marketing attribution  methodologies and tooling
  • Act as an internal, cross-functional advocate for the agile deployment of regionalized campaigns for established EMEA markets and growth markets
  • Responsible for managing, updating, and reporting out program-level budget 
  • Track, measure, optimize and report on the campaign performance against agreed-upon metrics, identify gaps and action plans to course-correct as the campaign execution unfolds
  • Build and maintain marketing plans and associated program calendars
  • Use a process of testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations
  • Lead and project manage internally with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Build excellent working relationships with all key business leaders, colleagues, and the broader team, including those in Product, Product Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Sales
  • Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives
  • Take on ad-hoc projects as needed

Who you are

  • 5+ years of campaign marketing experience, preferably at a SaaS, ecommerce or other subscription-based company
  • 3+ years of digital marketing in SaaS or Ecommerce across a variety of channels including SEM, Display and Paid Social with budgets over $500K/month.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Google Analytics, Tableau, Amplitude, or a similar analytics platform
  • Demonstrated success with end-to-end integrated campaign design, rollout, and project management
  • Experience in audience analysis, messaging, content and journey mapping, program development, and measurement
  • Familiarity with inbound and outbound channels (digital, events, sales outreach, email, partner, content marketing) and an understanding of how they can work together to form an optimal channel mix
  • Demonstrated ability to create close alignment and collaboration with other teams
  • Track record of being a Digital Marketing SME with the ability to develop integrated strategies, management of launching said strategies and monitoring, optimizing and reporting out during and at the end of all campaigns.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, JIRA, Periscope, and Google Analytics preferred
