Benefits Coordinator (Part-Time)

We are looking for a part-time Benefits Coordinator to join our Total Rewards team in Kyiv and play a key role in benefits administration.  You’ll be instrumental in supporting our growing Ukraine team which is a hub for the company’s engineering talent. This role will help us continue to scale our Human Resources operations effectively and work closely with the People (Human Resources), Finance and local cross-functional teams.


What You’ll Do:

  • Administer annual leave requests, coordinating with local counsel and payroll for proper processing
  • Coordinate leave/time off applications, routing and tracking for approval
  • Manage the tracking of sick leave requests for payroll processing and compliance reporting
  • Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure proper collection of data to complete medical insurance enrollment
  • Coordinate with insurance broker to remove employees that have left the company
  • Track and report to HR team and functional leaders the usage of each type of leave, assist with gathering required documentation
  • Assist global benefits team with local benefits initiatives
  • Serve a first point of contact for benefits, leave, and time off questions


Who You Are:

  • 1 year of benefits experience required
  • Previous general HR experience preferred
  • Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, and English required.
  • Knowledgeable regarding local benefits compliance with Ukrainian law and regulations
  • Foundational knowledge of common benefits practices.
  • Strong MS Excel skills, including the ability to create pivot tables and graphs
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
